We DO NOT PROCESS RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for hygiene reasons. This can only be done for items that arrived defaulted. In order to recive a refund on this an email needs to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of damage within 24hrs. The remedy for this is either a refund or a replacement of product.
